Unsure about specific questions G-325a form

There are some questions on the G325a that are unclear to me (and fiance).

1) "File Number" - what is this?

2) In multiple questions it says "if none, so state".... Does this mean that if there is no relevant information for that question I should write the word "none" or "no wife" "no former wife" etc,,,, rather than leave it blank?

Which goes against the instructions on the government site which states to leave blank any field that does not apply to you.

3) "this form is submitted in connection with an application for....." Do I put "OTHER" and then "K1 VISA" or "I-129F" ?

1) That is an Alien Registration Number(A#). If neither one of you has one at the moment, then leave it blank or put None.

2) It does not go against the instructions. It is telling you right there on the form what to do. The I-129F instructions are for the I-129F form. If you have no spouse, you put None.

3) Other - I-129F
