Skype log for K-1 Visa

Hi guys!!

me and my fiancée we are in the process of preparing our K-1 petition and we are at the stage of gathering evidence of meeting and ongoing relationship.

my question is about our Skype chat logs ... it is not practical to get the 1 year history and screen shot random conversations since it so painful and the Skype keep freezing to bring the old data... so want to know if anyone did try to use a third-parity software like "SkypeLogView" from http://www.nirsoft.n...e_log_view.html.

is it easier and reliable proof for our petition ??

This program was exactly what we used to exctract the call history. You can set it to show only calls or only messages for instance. It helped me to deal with more than a year of calls and yes, it's a pain to exctract it manually, skypelogview worked fine for us. You can save in any format you like, I used the list view so more calls would fit onto a smaller amount of pages, also we didn't submit whole huge pile of it, just randomly picked a few pages for different months to show it was ongoing.

I'd bring the beginning of your relationship maybe 10 pages worth (time stamps) and the last 10 pages till current everything in between I wouldn't bother , but as they say all embassy's are different, in our case the CO didn't even look through ours at all from viber and whats app , she just saw the stack of chats and that did it. I'm sure someone here from your country that dealt with your can give you more insight on their particular requirements. Good luck and take care.
