How old are you?

If you are under 18, then your USC parent should file an I-864w.

If you are over 18, then your USC parent should file an I-864.

So, I can't use I-134 I already have?

I'm 20.

You can not use the I-134 for an immigrant visa. You need the I-864. Your dad needs to follow the directions on the State Department's website where he paid the fees. He needs to send the I-864 into the NVC.
