Confused to bring the documents at the time of interview or send it to an nvc

Hello frnds,i got complicated checklist where they mention to bring police certificate and birth certificate of my and mine sister and also want to bring financial documents at the time of interview so when i call to nvc they only tell to send ur and urs sister documents to the nvc not an financial documents to the nvc but in the checklist there is clearly written not to contact nvc this time after nvc will schedule your interview or send u appointment letter and they also send coversheet with the checklist so I'm confused wat to do now and also they don't mention interview date on the letter.

My pd is oct 2002,I'm under f4 category and my case is about to complete but retrogression came,is it would affect our case or i should wait until my pd current even my case is completed
