How many hours does it take for the interview in USEM?

On average it take between 3-4 hours for the interview, most of which is spent waiting for your number to be called ... always the waiting game.

If you book a later afternoon flight you should be fine.

My experience flying within the Philippines:

If your flight is scheduled for 3:00, you will take off at 4:45. Of course, this means you actually boarded at 3:30.
