Not sure if this thread is also for DCF filers?

We submitted our I-130 to the London embassy on 7 April 2016, confirmed delivery on 8 April, now stunning silence.

Frustrating as alot of London petitioners report a few days to receive NOA1 and debit of their accounts.

Already second guessing if we filled out the electronic feedback form incorrectly etc etc

Hi everyone,

As I am gathering documents showing our financial co-mingling (husband's and I) I was wondering about 2 things

1- Financial Statements from my US bank account showing spousal support via money transfer. I am sending copies of all the statements as they were given to me by the bank (monthly statements). But these contain other information like my other deposits, spending, account number, etc. Should I redact this information or leave everything as is????

2- I am sending copies of our credit cards as well as statements showing spending by both users from the same account. Do I need to send the copy of the back of the cards where the security codes are??? Also, again, should I redact personal information as in spending? or just leave everything as is?

Thanks much!

fifleo,

If i were you, i will just submit as it is and I will not send the copy of the back of the cards as you can show them the original during the interview. If you find it necessary, attach a statement.

Quick update on our timeline - received NOA1 confirmation via email today - what a relief!

No idea why American Express card was rejected or didn't work for the Embassy, but the VISA we sent in the second time did work.

Means we lost about 2 weeks in our timeline :ranting:

Pleasantly surprised about the Malaysian Police Certificate process and speed at which this was done compared to some older posts I've read on here.

We're now preparing to submit UK ACRO Police Cert request and I've printed out the DS-260 form to start to prepare that as well

05-Apr-2016 Submitted Online Malaysia Police Certificate Request
07-Apr-2016 I-130 Alien Spouse Sponsorship application sent to London Embassy Royal Mail tracked
08-Apr-2016 signed for delivery at London Embassy – Delivered
14-Apr-2016 Notification that Malaysian Police Certificate is ready to collect at Malaysian London Embassy
20-Apr-2016 Received returned application due to Credit Card payment rejected (AMEX)
20-Apr-2016 Updated to FD VISA and re-sent I-130 to USCIS London via Royal Mail tracked
21-Apr-2016 signed for delivery at London Embassy – Delivered
26-Apr-2016 I-130 received, processed, and payment taken confirmed by email (NOA1 dated 25 April 2016)

Surely sounds late but better than never!! + an update.

Hi there, we are also an April Filers of IR-1/CR-1 & 2 through Phoenix AZ Lockbox. My USC husband mailed our petitions on April 6 2016 and he received the I-797 confirmation on April 13th which later was followed by I-797C in the mail. We believe this is the NOA1s for his African girls :dancing:.

This process is really frustrating and devastating for keeping our loved ones distant from us FOR SUCH A LONG PERIOD!! Please lets keep updating each other so that time will pass-by unnoticed. How long do we have to wait NOA2s by the way?

Both (my husband and I) use this profile to post & update. How is everyone status so far????? Good luck everyone!!!!!
