K-3 Visa in process, question about visitation

It says, if you completed form I-864A (which is the sponsor documents), then you have to provide proof of relationship. We're all naturalized in the US, myself mother and uncle. My uncle and mother are siblings. My mother is the only one that has a birth certificate and I know we can't get a birth certificate here since we were not born in the US. So I figured we can go with a letter stating his name, his relationship with me, and the purpose of the letter (sponsor my wife).

Is that it is asking me to submit my W-2 Form for the past 3 years. So I need to submit them separately from my taxes (like by themselves), am I correct?

My next question is that it is asking for "Social Security Earnings Statement." What the heck is this?

I also see "Petitioner Documents." And "Valid, unexpired passport." I'm guessing all of this is from my wife, am I correct? But what is "Petitioner Documents."?

Ah I see what I did wrong. I asked him to fill out the I-864A. So I have to file I-864 for myself, and he has to file an I-864 for himself, right?

and as stated by another person, with the i864 he doesn't need to provide a letter or proof of relationship

a joint sponsor doesn't necessarily have to be a relative

Everything is ready to be sent but now I have another question. The joint sponsor needs to meet his own poverty guideline? And the excess of that would be combined with mine? I need some clarification on this because he has his wife and 3 of his children on his taxes. Thank you.

No, there is no combining, that would be the I-864A.

The cosponsor fills in his own I-864, and needs to meet the poverty guidelines for his household plus the immigrant.

No, the co-sponsor has to be a greencard holder or US citizen living in the USA.

What's the ETA for her interview if I do that? Is it like a month or two months from when I put in the paperwork?

It depends on the embassy; 2-4 months usually from NVC to interview for a CR-1 visa; I am unsure on K3s, as they are so rare now.

Does she have a tourist visa? I so yes, it will be good for your relationship, and the more time you spend together, the higher your chances of approval. If she doesn't have a tourist visa yet, chances of her getting approved for one now are very low.

Again this depends on the embassy/ clinic/ country. With some, you just call and tell them; with others, you need your interview letter. Usually, you need something from the embassy, not NVC/ USCIS.

it's the same thing, a visitor visa is a tourist visa, and she has to apply on her own and show strong ties to her country

some people call it visitor visa, some call it a tourist visa, but it's the same thing

Doing so will not increase her chances of receiving a visa. Furthermore, if the visa is denied, you will be out the money you spent on the ticket unless you bought one that's fully refundable.
