DS-260 "Have you attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?"

This will seem like a silly question, but I want to be sure.

On the DS-260, it asks "Have you attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?" I understand that this means high school and up. I went to a high school for a year in the states, and then completed it back in my home country. Thus this is 2 "Educational Institutions Attended".

My question is if if also should include my university if I am currently still in university. I still have about a half year to go (and thus do not have the degree yet). Should I add my university to the list? I already included it in the "Present - Work/Education/Training" part of the form. The section I am questioning is referring to "Previous - Work/Education/Training". However I'm a bit confused by this. It "seems" like I should omit my current university from the "Have you attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?" question since it is in the "Previous" section, but I the "Present" section where I listed my current "occupation" as a student does not have a field to note "Course of Study", if that even matters.

Should I just put my current university under both sections?

I think either would work, but putting it in both might be a safer option. Either way, as far as I know, that's not a crucial section of the application.

It's a bit confusing here and I'm stacked. ON the DS 260 it's asked to indicate the number of educational institutions attended. Do I have to list all educational institutions attended since primary school to university level?

Also, can state only two thus high school and university?
