There is a VJ master list that anyone can add to. You can find it here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1bzoWOXOCsvHICvLEZt540eG2CkqEFaPV8MY18Q6E0f0/edit#gid=2061710905

We used my husbands mails that was being sent to him every month on the same address in the US. He maintains a bank account and a credit card all addressed to the same address.

We also submitted a copy of his NY driver's license.

Thank you wizzie. We were asked to submit the same documents as you i864 and proof of domicle. My husband provided them october 11 and we still havent heard anything. They also have my husbands passport. I am becoming so worried.

And the 221g letter they gave us said the visa will be issued 5 days after the documents are sent

Im so worried and scared

Suzy, even with a simple AP requesting a missing document after being approved will take time. In our case K1, in SG, visa was approved but there was one missing document that needed to be submitted directly to the Embassy (Cenomar, certificate of no marriage from the Phil), Document was delivered to embassy on October 14th and file was touched twice. I think they have certain way for processing that takes time, its not like they receive the document and right a way it goes into ready for visa to be issued. In your case October 11 the date of your husband delivering the document is still considered normal from what I have seen. Also keeping your husband passport is always a good sign. I have seen many people with AP with simple documents to submit, go for 8 days and longer. In our case it has been 11 days so far and am sure it is just a matter of time. Good luck!

OK it's April 2018 but for folks searching for this topic here's another entry.

Got a 221g after 2/27 interview that  went very well.

We  submitted the  documents requested (Cert  USC's divorce/corrected SGP COC) last week of March.

Our status change to AP on April 13, a Friday :hehe:.

Hoping visa issued in a few days

We received the 221g because my fiancee's name was misspelled on her daughter's birth certificate.  We had to do an AKA NBI police certificate on the misspelled name.  We went to Robinson's right from the Embassy on April 17 and filed for the new cert.  Rose picked it up at NBI's main branch on April 20 and it was sent to the Embassy on that day.  We are currently waiting on the CEAC update.
