In country I-601 appeal approved by AAO (merged)

Hi-my I-601 appeal has been approved by AAO. The original decision was made by Philadelphia office. Does anybody what would be the next steps for Adjustment of Status and receiving Green Card.

congratulations to you for having 601 waiver passed! Can you please send your lawyer's number so I can ask some questions on how I can be approved too? In 2014, I applied for a green card on marriage base. My 1-130 was approved but the immigration officer denied my 1-485 green card, on allegation 1-212(a)(6)©(I) my lawyer applied for 1-601 waiver but after 45 days that was also denied. Once again my attorney used the 1-290B appeal and 2(AAO) we sent that too, but that was denied in April 2015. I have asked my lawyer about the progress of my case and she said there's no change in the court with my case, I also have not received a deportation letter either.

NOTE: my wife had sponsored my children from Canada to America and they have all relieved their green cards. I am a Canadian citizen.

Please if you can help me contact a lawyer who has gotten people's 1-601 approved; it'll be greatly appreciated, since I would like to get my 485 green card reapplied, thank you.

Can I ask what happened with your process we used Lizz too and our 601 and 212 Appeals were approved also?

Hi,

We filed 601 and 212 waivers in Oct 201the they got denied in feb.2016 because they say my husband had crimes he didn't. We filed a appeal on both and we received notice that they were both sustained and warranted that the favorable outweighed the unfavorable and that it was being send back to the originating office for completion. Today I got a case update that says case was reopened and we have sent you a reopening notice. I'm confused what does this mean they still have to look at the case again? I thought is was approved by the AAO? Please help!
