I submitted an expedite request for my i-601 and i-212 recently.

My case status changed to request for additional evidence was mailed.

Does this mean what my expedite request was accepted? Or that more information is needed to determine if they will expedite my case?

Thank you so much for your help!

The later, what evidence did you supply?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

The expedite is solely an issue about speeding up the review of the case not the case itself which will be responded to separately.

My assumption is they have questions about the reason for the expedite.

FYI ended up being request for additional evidence for my case, not request for more info related to the expedite request.
