Is it worth it to continue my Life insurance and SSS if ever I migrate to the US? Will I be able to claim any benefits if Im in the US?

considering what you have paid/ years of payment in your life insurance and SSS; yes it reasonable to consider to continue paying them. You may opt to pay annually, quarterly and so on.

I have bank investments that I intend to continue and just let my money sit there. We should not be pulling out our investments if we still plan to come back for a vacation one day.

I intent to continue my SSS as voluntarily contributor. I have been working for 15 year and I will not let that money go to the government by just stopping and will not claim my retirement.

For HDMF- you can claim for lump sum as intending immigrant. Check the process, I intend to do this if I qualify. They have certain years of minimum contribution, otherwise, I will opt for voluntary as well.

You should be able to claim wherever you maybe, I know a lot of people with SSS (Phil) pension while they are in the US. Let the check be deposited directly to a local account that you can access via online even in the US. These investments are tied up on your name not on your location.
