Hi,

My husband married me on a K-1 Visa. I have heard that, to apply for the green card (i-485), we do not need proof of the medical exam, but some sites say to include a vaccine card copy... The problem is his vaccine card is still with the immigration people, and we don't have another copy. Do we really need to send that? (He already passed his medical exam and they approved him and didn't tell him he needed any other vaccinations.) I'm not sure what to do.

Thanks.

It dependeDs. I Add a answer of

Lian&David

I finally found a thread that explained what had to be on the DS-3025 in order not to have to file a I-963. We met all of the conditions so we filed without the I-963. So right now we don't know if that was the correct decision. Hopefully it was. Here is the thread where I found the information.

Good Luck!
