To Sponsor a wife and minor son of US Citizen

Hi, I am new here. I hope somebody will help me on my problem.

I am confused with some paperworks to sponsor my wife and son.

I am a US Citizen, I would like to bring my wife and son here in United States.

I know i need to file form I-130.

My question is, do i need to sign and file a separate I-130 for my wife and son?

does your child qualify for crba? do he qualify to receive citizenship?

if not then yes, you will have to file 2 separate petitions

what is RCBA?

He is in the Philippines now with his mom/my wife.

He is only 7 years old.

I got my Naturalization last Feb. 1st only.

They are in my N-400 application.

If the child is your birth son, you would be able to submit paperwork for him to become a U.S. citizen instead of submitting an I-130 for him, your foriegn wife, she will need an I130.

If it is your step-son (born to a foreign father) ... You will need separate I-130s

OP says he just naturalized and his son is 7 years old. Therefore, he wasn't a US citizen when his son is born, and his son could not possibly be a US citizen at birth.

Yes, poster had posted that response that he was Naturalized when I was in the middle of my response and therefore did not see that part .... in my followup, I told him to check the link for more information as I did not read more on that process and did not know what it all entailed.

Since the citizenship issue is clarified I just wanted to add that yes separate I-130s BUT you can mail them in together, just let each one have its own cover letter and on the second page where it is asking you if other petitions are being filed, make sure to fill that in.
