IMPORTANT!

* Make sure that your VJ Text Editor setting is set to Rich Text Editor.

This is what we have so far for our application:

-Copies of joint checking account statements for the last two years

-Copies of joint savings account statements for the last two years

-Living Wills

-Copy of Green Card (front and back)

-Tax transcripts for the last two years (2014-2013)

-Life Insurance showing the spouse as beneficiary

-Copy of my husband's retirement fund showing me as the beneficiary

-The Warranty Deed of a property we both own

-Letter from Health Insurance showing that we are both covered on the same plan

-Letter from Dental Insurance showing we are both covered under the same plan

-Copies of of our Driver Licenses showing same address

-Letter from car insurance company saying we are both covered

-Copies of phone company (landline) statements with both of our names on it

-Cable and Internet statement copies with both of our names on it.

-Copies of two joint credit cards

-Copies of Botanic garden membership cards with both of our names

-Copies of Christmas cards we have received in the last three years from family and friends addressed to both of us

-Four affidavits from family and friends

-Copies of several flight itineraries of trips we have taken in the last few years

-Copies of Triple A membership cards with both of our names on them

-Several photos with friends and family taken over the last ten years of our relationship

Hey there, it's been a while I've been on VisaJourney.

My husband and I are going to file in June and not in March, but still I thought it won't hurt to figure out and get familiar with the process ahead of time. So here we are...again...trying to gather all the evidence we need.
My question for now: I was wondering..do I have to list my stepson to the form I-751??

..it says on there: Provide information on all of your children. ..well, I know it gives you the option to choose whether your child is applying with you or not, but I don't want them to get confused or anything and receive an RFE.
Though I was gonna send in some family pictures with the three of us on there along with my ROC package.

Any advice/suggestions??
