We filed 11-23 and are still waiting at 52 days and am just curious how many others are waiting their time out too?

I think I will call tomorrow or Monday (not that I expect it to do anything) just because I can and see what happens ;)

Have had a couple of friends get theirs before us ( and one that took 6 months) and anything is possible from 10 days to 5 months for the NOA2 it appears..

Hello! There's a whole thread of us November filers, you can hop on over and say hello :)

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/573239-november-2015-l-i-29f-filers/

I just received my NOA2 yesterday, and my NOA1 was Nov 30. However, there are plenty November filers that still haven't gotten news yet either. You're not alone! I know it's a torturous wait.

Good luck!

I just got my NOA-2 Approval today!! I am a Sept 22,2015 filer, but because I had an RFE on Oct 27th that I couldn't complete (was waiting for Birth Certificate) until Dec 19th. Today is ONE HAPPY DAY!

I'm a little nervous cause the document sounds like she'll have her Visa within weeks! And I'm not financially ready yet! I need to get a bigger place, pay off some bills....hehehe. I'm SO over the moon though!

Hello,

We filed our K1 Visa on November 3, received notification on December 3. After that it has gone quiet on us. Very anxious. We received another notification to say that they have mailed for further evidence needed on Jan 12. Have not received the mail as of Jan 17. Should I call to check? They also stated if I did not received the mail by Feb 11, I should make a request on the given link.

Thank you in advance if anyone has any idea what I should do.
