I think you have a good chance with the kid separated from parents, I would have your fiance push that very hard at the interview make sure she speaks up and doesn't let them railroad her although the interviews are very laid back so I doubt that'll be a problem.

Her interview is in 2 days from now. I sent her my i-134 as well as my mothers i-134. However when it asks what is my place of employment i wrote "collecting disability" it looks so bad everytime i see it. It looks like they will refuse her visa when they see it. Should i tell her not to give them tgat form and send hera newly filled out form sayinf something different?

Is it the truth? Never lie. Don't worry about it, you are not the first on disability to pass through.

You did the right thing. Consular officers have good spin detectors, so it doesn't benefit you to provide them with anything other than the unvarnished truth. Besides, they may not even ask for your I-134, in which case you are home free. Good luck!

Ok so i told her to keep the form as it is. Your right about being honest but it doesnt make it easier. Anyways i told her to hand in all forms besides the i-134 forms. I told her to only give them that if they ask for it. She has been asking me what type if questions do they ask. Anyone know what they ask?
