I hope you receive some help to get a 2nd interview, she should plan on being there when & if that

happens.

Talking to neighbors with your pics is worst than a STOKES because you have ppl who don't want

to mess up any chances in the future for them If they suspect they were from immigration, there's

those who will tell if they see you say hello to a female, there's the jealous ones, & some may think

its terrorism investigation.

Be sure that you both can put up the funds for plane fare if you have to re-interview, they set the

dates usually a short time period...be prepared...when they have field investigations then involve the

fraud dept...sorry its not gonna be easy

Our case was sent back 12/24/2014 from the same embassy saying its a sham. After my interview i was given some options known as additional document , in the middle of gathering the document the embassy called me to tell me they are sending the case back. Its over a year since our case was sent back and we are still waiting. Ghanaian are treated like slaves at that US embassy in Ghana. My wife visited me only once but stayed with me for good 46 days and luckily she went back being pregnant, our son will be 2 years next month. I went to that embassy with our sons pics, birth certificate and many more evidence. After all this evidences the CO still find something saying my wife divorce papers is the reason why they are sending our case back. Divorce papers that went through USCIS and NVC successfully but the Consular alone find something wrong with it saying they consider my wife to be married to two. Because the Mexican government does not recognize her divorce papers. So my wife has to divorce her ex-husband and re-marry me again. God is not asleep and i know he is fighting for us, surely we gonna go through soon. Wishing everyone the best of luck in the 2016............

Hi jefraylee that's like a blow on the throat so sorry for your situation and am happy we letting the world know how we are treated just to be with our love ones cause most things are asked for which are funny because of the visa, like neighbors not knowing me? Does it really matter are we going to leave with our neighbors and friends people leave in neighborhood and you don't even know they leave there because they leave home early and come late, lets leave it to God he is greater than even the chief counselor. God is great is my motto

God has spoken, who are we to question God's wishes?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

No reason was given to my husband .he. was told it would be returned for revocation. But embassy email to me said outdated AOS. By the questions asked at interview,i am thinking non bonafied marriage. Age difference was one. But god willing its reviewed and sent back to embassy. And ill be there for next interview, and our local uscis office said when a case is returned we are not a priority like we were in the start and uscis is backlogged

Did you mean your case was reviewed and sent back to embassy? when was the interview and how long did your case stayed at uscis? We have waited more than a year since our case was sent back to uscis and we are still waiting so sad. kindly help me with an update on when your interview was conducted, how long it took uscis to receive your case from embassy and how long did uscis used to review your case. Thank you as am waiting to hear from you soon....

Actually, I did...and that deity never fought back....in fact, I never heard from said deity...no phone calls, no emails, nothing....and no mystical force ever moved my hand from the 'deny' button to the 'approve' button over the span of more than 20-some odd years, which just reinforces my own belief....COs .... and only COs can make visa decisions, no one else, not even some ethereal deity.

Good morning vj members, hope everyone is doing great, please i need advice on my case, as already stated it's on the way back to uscis and my wife is preasuring we fill a new i-130,which i insisted we wait for the case back to uscis and hear what they have to say then we know how we can fight the consulars finding, but she is saying a lawyer told her we can file a new I -130 whiles we wait for uscis response from the consular finding which I think is not appropriate to rush in filling an i-130. Please guys anybody with ideas and advice am all ears and really will appreciate it. Thank you

I advise you to wait... we are all waiting to hear from uscis over a year now yet we are still waiting... when you rush into filling you wont know what contributed to your denial... So tell her to wait....

Your petition does not expire and you must wait for the NOID/NOIR, (only K1's are purposely expired).

If you had a K1 path then you could immediately re file but not with a CR/IR.

It would create a lot more problems for you if the embassy receives 2 petitions from you.

It can take anywhere from 6-12 months to receive the NOID/NOIR so be patient, they have gotten slower in the past year and if they would receive

the second petition before the first then they would just return that one too and then you have USCIS scratching their head.

Tell her to chill and do this right and forget the lawyer.
