I-129F packet

Hello Everyone

I'm new to this site, me and my Fiancee are currently putting the paperwork together for the I-129F and just need to sort out passport photos and some photos for evidence, then we are hoping to mail the packet on Friday (December 4th) so far we have,

· Payment in the amount of $ 340

· I-129F Cover Letter

· 1-129F Supplement, Part 2, Question 34 a, explanation of meeting in person

· G-325 A and passport style photo: Petitioner

· G-325 A and passport style photo Beneficiary

· Birth Certificate/ US Passport: Petitioner

· Letter certifying intent to marry: Petitioner

· Letter certifying intent to marry: Beneficiary

· Proof of having met in person in the past two years

· Proof of ongoing relationship.

We have signed and dated our documents with black ink, I read elsewhere on here that people have done it in blue ink as easier to read/scan is this an issue?

Also we know we don't need to go crazy with photos and were thinking of about 10 photos of us together, with family etc do all the photos and evidence need to be signed and dated by us both?

I think people sometimes sign in blue ink to show that it is an original wet ink signature. Sometimes signatures in black appear to look like a copy.

Black or Blue ink it really doesn't matter, however as most documents usually state you sign in black ink that is what I always use.

10 photos is more then enough, we sent in just 3 with the dates of when the pictures were taken written on the back. the proof of having met is the important one, make sure you have included boarding passes of visits, passport stamps, hotel receipts, and an itemised bank statement.
