Medical Question for AOS (Do I need I-693?)

Hey all! Just finally started making the AOS package and I'm a little confused when it comes to the I-693 and Civil Surgeons etc.

Attached is a copy of my I-485 from my Medical in the U.K.

It shows that I am fully up to date with my vaccinations, and my medical was less than a year ago.

Does this mean I do not require a U.S civil surgeon to fill in a form I-693? Can I just go ahead and include this in my AOS package?

No civil surgeon needed. Send a photocopy.
