USCIS, NVC Consulate Procedures/ Timeline with documents sent/recieved

Here are the process/timeline I have gone through so far with the documents sent/received at each stage:

1/26/15 - sent documents by USPS (G-1145, I-130, G-325A)

1/29/15 – USPS delivered to Chicago lockbox. Priority date (PD): 1/29/15

2/2/15 – USCIS emails Acceptance confirmation “Case Is Received”

2/6/15 – USCIS mails 1-797 saying “Case Is Received”. I get it in my mail

4/29/15 – USCIS webpage says “Case Is Approved”. I go to check status of case on their site

5/4/15 – USCIS mails I-787 saying “Petition Is Approved”. I get it in my mail

6/25/15 – NVC mails paper with an assigned case number to spouse in Bangladesh. He received the mail at the end of July.

10/28/15 – Received “NVC Welcome Letter” in email showing an invoice for Affidavit of Support (AOS)

10/30/15 – Submitted DS-261 (Choice of Agent). I was unable to log into NVC due their lag in system.

10/31/15 – Submitted payment of AOS $120.00. I paid online, by giving them my bank account and routing number

11/02/15 – Received email invoice from NVC for IV (Immigration Visa) fee. I was unable to pay it due some lag in their system.

11/03/15 – AOS payment went through, shows “Paid” in the site

11/05/15 – Paid IV fee $325.00. The site finally allowed me to pay.

11/11/15 – IV fee went through, shows “paid” in the site à(DS-260) IV application is open to start

11/19/15 – Sent out AOS, financial & supporting documents to NVC by mail on USPS

11/23/15 – NVC received documents. It shows “delivered” on USPS site

11/24/15 – DS-260 (IV application) is completed and submitted online

11/26/15 – NVC sends email that it received documents, needs 30 days from 11/23/15 to process them

06/25/15 – NVC mails paper with an assigned case number to spouse in Bangladesh.
