Hi! I'm one of those few applicants who undergo sputum and MTB culture test.. luckily it all turned out negative. So I went today for vaccines and release of medical. Is it normal that they only gave me the CD of my xray and vaccines record? They told me that they will send the rest of my medical to USEM. Interview is on Monday. Please give advice and thank you in advance

Yes, what they said and what they gave you are normal. Your medical record will be at USEM for your interview. Make copies of your DS-3025 that they gave you and put them in a safe place as you will need them later for processing your AOS once in the US and married. The CD will probably never be used again but they contain your chest x-ray's.

Thank you sir! VJ never disappoint me from day 1. It is also nice that people here do CARE, I felt that when I was about to take my sputum test. I'm now on different stage and thankful to all your advice. Interview is on Monday so I'm checking all my documents

Be sure you have a CENOMAR and NBI clearance that is not older than 6 months. Compare what you have and what you need from the embassy letter. This is all they are looking for.

Had my interview today. The consul said my documents look good and she had no further question then she gave me a brochure about women's right and asked if I know how to call 911 then after that I proceed to window number 5 where they advised me to wait for my visa and it will be deliver by 2go.

I was the one who made the schedule for my interview. 5 days before the end of my culture I decided to do it since there are just fee spots for November. Goodluck with the culture. Immigration are strict when I get to Chicago probably because of San Bernardino shooting but it's ok

Yes there are cases who still turns positive but very few. Tb is a contagious disease if she turns positive (and I pray not) it's just a six months delay (easier said) though I must admit that it's really hard to be in her situation right now. I'd pray for you guys..I'd like to hear some of the development on ur petition..let me know. God bless

Yes that is normal for SLEC to forward the medical file to USEM, for those with SPUTUM and for those that complete DOT also.
