It can take a couple weeks normally for processing, now add weeks more after USEM receives the NBI, when completing a 221g document request.

Just be patient.

It is listed in the embassy instructions letter, AKA for all names used

Hi thank you for the reply. Its been 10 working days since they recieved the requested document. Excluded weekend and holiday.

I was previously married and my first name on my kids BC was incorrect. Eventhough i had it corrected they still want to see that on the NBI which they call it AKA. You will see that on the form u are filling at the NBI. I wasnt aware with it. So my fault.

Normal processing without a 221g request can be a few weeks. Expect processing to take about a month because of the 221g, if they get done sooner would be a nice surprise.

It is a good sign that the date keeps changing as that means someone is opening your case file.
