Hi All... I'm trying to start an AOS Nov 2015 Filers group... Not sure how to do so, so I thought I'd start a thread... and everyone can comments... with RFE info, status updates, communications, etc... Thanks all for sharing!!

2015 11 05 : AOS Package Sent

2015 11 06 : AOS Package Rec'd, signed by R.Mercado

I have our package ready to be mailed on Monday. How did you mail it? USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation? Next Day?

i used USPS Priority Mail that takes 2 days

I used USPS Next Day Certified w/ Signature Required. USPS cuts off next-day delivery at 3:00; so make sure you're able to get to the counter before 3:00. I highly recommend "Certified w/ Signature"; so in case they misplace your papers, you have some grounds to argue with them.

i send out my AOS pack through USPS priority mail on 11/4 from California.

but i send to the wrong address

and the USPS tracking now shows:

• Your item was forwarded to a different address at 12:18 pm on November 6, 2015 in CHICAGO, IL. This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect

im so worried now ...will this delay the application or the package is going to missing now ><

just wondering if all of you send to the PO box one if send thru USPS?

I did the same mistake , I send it on october 29 and it was delivered on NOv,5, Im just waiting for news from USCIS....

dont worry, another Vj member (23dave) did the same mistake and she received a text message last night stating that it was received and will get her 03 Notices next days.

We applied for my wife's SS# on Sept 8. Still nothing from them! We called, and they said "it's in progress". Not sure if we should be worried... or just more patient!

Did you call (800) 772-1213? Can I call for my husband or will they only talk to him?

I just noticed your SS timeline. My husband applied on October 13 and we still don't have it yet

The SS agent told us that it will take up de 02weeks if not call them you have this explained on the paper sheet that they gave you.

for a women if applying for the husband name wich is different from I-94 name, this will take up to 5 weeks
