Hello VJ family last week my wife has handed the NOIR letter to an attorney she hired with all the evidence we gathered mostly our Facebook chats and wallpost chats from sept 2012 that's the tym we met to now,her itinerary of her two visits to Ghana, our pics together and wiith my family here, greetings cards and envelopes of stuffs i mail to her and notarized letters from her families and friends saying that they are aware that our marriage is genuine and a Lil sheets of money gram recipt.cos the NOIR says that's I was able to answer all routine questions about my wife correctly but it appears I memorize information, I said my wife have 3children but she states 2 on her AOS tax returns and couldn't provide to the CO our communication records of prior to two months to our wedding unfortunately we don't have those call logs cos my wife switch carrier so the old one don't have her records and we mistakenly deleted our inbox chat messages of that period but we have Facebook wallpost chats of that tym.so now the attorney says they gonna write about ten pages letter in the respond of the noir addressing every single denial point wiith the evidence we provided to her and mail it off to the USCIS...so my question do u think with the help of the attorney we can overcome this heart wrenching process and how long do u think we can here from USCIS decision after receiving our package and the 30days deadline starts from the date we receive the NOIR or the date USCIS sent it to us cos on the website it was sent on the 9th Oct and my wife received it on the 14th Oct. Thank u for ur assistance cos we are all nervous and any advice

Why did you not know how many children she has? Does she have 2 or 3?

What has happened since the denial, how much time have you spent together?

About 6 months seems to be the normal for review..

Thanks for the responds. She has 3 children not 2 and she said she exclude one cos her mum always filed for him in her Tax returns and on back page of the AOS paragh 4 it states to exclude the child she doesn't filed for every year that's y she excluded him..after the denial she returns to Ghana and spent two weeks and left and it means every review is 6months cos when USCIS got our returned petition it took them 6months to review it before sending the NOIR.

It usually takes USCIS 30 to 60 days to render a decision. I hope not just a letter from an attorney. You need to address each and every denial point wit verified evidence.

The majority of cases get reaffirmed and sent back so just hang in there and wait and see.

Thank you Dwheels that's exactly what the attorney said she said she's gonna address each denial point evidence we provide and apply it with the articles of the law and send it to USCIS...And what I want to know again is the thirty days deadline given by the USCIS to respond start from wen we receive the NOIR or wen they sent it cos our docs are still with the Attorney and it was sent by the USCIS on 9 and we receive it on 14
