We got one for the passport style photo of the petitioner. It was an easy fix and we got approved a week later.

Oh! For the petitioner. Thanks for this. My 2x2 size is different from my fiancé. His 2x2 is correct mine is different. Thank you for this!

I got my approval in the mail today 8/18! 

 

Just to sum up: 

 

RFE dated 8/2/17, arrived in mail on 8/7/17, reply sent on 8/9/17 and USCIS received on 8/10/17, official notice dated 8/14/17, and I received it in the mail today, 8/18/17.

I just realized I didn't specify which website I met my fiance on. I see people saying they sent the copy of the terms in condition. I feel like I will get an RFE for this because I said we just met online and did not specify the website.

There's a possibility you might get an RFE for that. Those are easy fix, while you still don't have it. Try to think where and prepare the TOC  when is ur noa1?

It was barely delivered today but I did not think too much about adding which website I used. Maybe I'll get lucky and they do not ask for the TOS? Hahaha I hope!

oh boy! I've just found this website and realized that we haven't sent my fiance's divorce decree. So looks like we'll have a RFE.. he sent out the petition on Apr,18. Still no news from the USCIS. It's super frustrating.

moreover, could anyone tell me what tier 2 is? I see people being given some results already and I'm getting so nervous myself. What if we don't get any result within a month. Whom to call?

Hello! Most likely you will get an RFE for that. But that's easy fix, just prepare it as early as now and once you get the RFE just send it in right away. 

 

In regards with Tier 2. You have to call uscis number (800-375-5283) first you will speak to a tier 1 representative which will tell you some generic answer if you ask about whats happening on your case. You also need to provide your WAC number if you are from CSC. If you are not satisfied with the answer you can request a tier 2 which has more access to your case and can leave a note on your case about your inquiry. They will most likely call you back. Some may take an hour some are just within few minutes depending on the call volume. 

 

My noa1 is apr 17. Still no news too! But we should get it soon! Maybe today or tommorow but I know it's on its way

There's a very likely chance you'll get an RFE, but if all you have to do is send back the TOS of the website, that should be a quick flip. RFEs only delay things 1-4 weeks on average. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things! No need to worry!

I am also paranoid that I will get a second RFE for the photo size, even though if that was a problem, they should have already included that in the first RFE, right??  

I'm going through the same worry. The U.K. passport booth photos are so similar to ours, all I really paid attention to was the 2 x 2 and white background....the dimensions are the same to the naked eye as well. I'm now wishing I had my fiancé take a new photo when he was here.
