Hi, everyone

Our 212/601 was approved over a month ago. We have emailed the consulate in Ghana for weeks now and no response. Is anyone else having difficulty contacting them?

This is the greatest lesson a child can learn. It is the greatest lesson anyone can learn. It has been the greatest lesson I have learned: if you persevere, stick w/it, work @ it, you have a real opportunity to achieve something. Sure, there will be storms along the way. And you might not reach your goal right away. But if you do your best and keep a true compass, you'll get there. Edward M. Kennedy,

I eventually went to my consulate here in Dallas who sent them 3 emails, before they finally responded and said that they will be sending the case back to Nebraska with the intention to revoke the application. They sent it in March .I have been in touch with USCIS and they told me that it will take 6 months for them to send me the letter in order for me to appeal with the required documentation. It will be 6 months in September so i'm still waiting o!.

Still revoked even after an approved waiver?! I'm so sorry to hear this. Hopefully your lawyer will write a successful rebuttal! Praying you get this worked out!
