Hello,

My interview was today and it went well. After i go home and check my status in CEAC, it stated "issued" and wait for 5-10 working days to be delivered in our house. I was shocked but at the same time happy because of the status. But i just wanted to ask if anyone of you guys experience the same as mine? It was very fast. As in really fast. And how long will i wait for my passport since its issued already? Thanks! :)

With the immigrant visa, yes that happens often.

Once the visa is issued it can take a couple more days for the visa to be affixed in the passport, plus getting the passport and the case file packaged for 2GO.

Thanks hank! Yeah immigrant visa. Do you know if there are times that they will change it to any other status? Or it will be stuck in "issued" and i will just wait for my passport? One more thing, regarding CFO, i laready attended the seminar before and i already have my certificate. So what will be the seminar that will give me the sticker? Is it the PDOS? Do i need to pay php400 for the sticker? Thanks in advance!

Just wait for your passport!!

As for CFO you take your certificate to CFO after you receive your passport w/visa, CFO will affix the sticker and you are good to go.

So just the sticker? Right? Do i need to have an appointment? Or walk in is fine? Thanks :)

Thanks riz&den! :)

Correct. Just stop by CFO with your certificate, no appointment needed

So what is the PDOS? Do i need that before leaving the ph? How about the payment for my green card? Thank you

Well, PDOS is equivalent to the CFO so that's all you need. You can pay ELIS directly once you get your visa packet.

If you attended the Seminar then thats it:) Bring the Certificate with you, no fees collected.. I got mine @ NAIA 3..

Hi Sherryll, did you already get your SSN? ☺️
