my fiance forgot to send in the money order together with our i129f packet

hello and a blessed day or night to you all here,,i just wanna ask about the filling of i129f pACKET.

MY fiance mailed the packet just today but when he got home he reALIZED that he forgot to send in the money order,the i129f form and his g 325a ,,what will happen with our application?,what is the best thing to do?wait for the lockbox to sent the packet back to him and resend it?

other question is,what will be the status of the application,will it be ejected?i know it will not be filled but we are just confused..

because he is planning to send the money order tomorrow together with the other forms that was left but i told him not to..

please give us some advice

You'll have it sent back; you can always re-send it when it comes back WITH the money order in it.

They will reject it and sent it back to the fiance....no harm except a few lost days. Just resend with the money order.

That isn't all you can do, when you get it back, take the opportunity to check out the entire package to accuracy and completeness. :idea:

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
