I had my interview yesterday. They took oath from me and gave me an immigrant spouse rights pamphlet and after that requested me to go to another counter and handed me my passport and original Birth certificate, original marriage certificate along with a 221g st ating that my case is ynder administrative process and I need to send them original divorce certificate of my husbands previous marriage. I asked the counseler how long would it take to process after submitting? He reolied about 2 weeks. Can any ine tell me that its only the document I have to submit to get my visa and there wont be any further issues.

if he said divorced certificate then send him divorced certificate only why ur confuse

only the consulate can answer that question. Send them what they want and hopefully the visa will be issued

I have sent my passport and other documents back to the embassy as asked by them . Does tge rmbassy send any notification email dtating that they have recived my documents
