Can't contact Us consulate

on 11 of September our case (k1 visa) was forwarded to Casablanca and I've been trying to email ivcasablanca@state.gov to request for packet 3 and all I get is an immediate automatic response with generale information . How I will get packet 3 and date of intreview ? would they sent me packet 3 even if I can't contact them ?

You can also call them tues or Thursday the moroccon consulate number you would be calling international

what number and when ? I don't why everyone got a response from that email exept me for some reason :/

you did email IV (immigrant visa)

now try NIV

its nonimmigrant visa

I am requesting for packet 3 and my fiance ( officer in the army ) is deploying but I think they don't read them and just send auto response , our lawyer also send emails about my fiance's deployement but nothinh works :/, we need to wait until the send the packet we don't have another choice since no one is helping us

that's exactly what we did , we got our case number from NVC on 11 of Sep , our status shows 'ready for interview' but we still haven't heard anything from the consulate , lately they don't read emails and send auto response with general info

My case also says ready, but we cant schedule our appointment until we get packet 3, its been a week since the embassy received my application and no sign of packet 3, my status update on ceac has said ready since 8/25/2015 and now it says status updated on 10/01/2015 I don't know what they updated it too it still says ready
