· Sworn affidavit by U.S. Citizen (USC parents ) attesting to our relationship and marriage.

· Copy of our Marriage Certificate

· Copy of our driver’s licenses showing same home address

· Birth Certificate of our first born child

To be honest W2 form does not signify anything. What matters is that you actually filed your taxes with the government.

So get a copy of IRS Transcripts that show that you guys filed taxes as Married. Jointly or seperate, that shouldn't matter.

Hi! I'll be filing at the end of October.. I have a question.. My husband and I just joint our account last week. Do you think they would question it? That's a big concern for me since everything I was reading was they did it after they got married.. THANK YOU VJ friends! :)
