Diversity Visa Timeline – what is happening after DS-260 and before the interview?

Hello All,

I want to thank for all the information I was able to find through the forums here. Today I got a question, I couldn't find an answer for myself.

I was selected in the DV-2015 lottery with a relative low case number, I submitted the DS-260 a couple of days after I found out that I was pre-selected (early May). Looking through the last years visa bulletins, I will most likely be contacted in November/December.

Now my question is: Is there anything I can/need to do between my DS-260 submission and the KCC contacting me? I read that they will contact you if there's anything wrong with the information provided in the DS-260 but I haven't heard from them yet so am I safe to assume that everything is alright?

Obviously, I know what it says on here http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/diversity-visa/if-you-are-selected.html but I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything that will cause trouble later on.

Thanks,

Toby
