Guys depending on load the visa centers may send cases to other centers with less load. There is nothing scary or concerning there if your application is okay. Also sending the case to local center may also help with fingerprinting and those activities. Unless you are over the regular timeline I don't think you should worry about this. However you can always call USCIS and ask for an update. Though you will rarely get some one to speak (yes they are that busy) and even if you do, you may not get a satisfactory answer.

Just relax based on your case timeline and status.

OK... let me share my story we filed our I130 petition on December 24th 2014 and Received NO1 on 12th Jan 2015. Case was at Vermont Center in June we called USCIS that why our petition is not approved yet so they sent us the letter from Local Field office stating that they require an interview with the petitioner and date was given FEB 2016 its mean they will send interview letter by before Feb 2016. Since that time we are trying to get our interview earlier USCIS website says petition approval time frame is 5 months but in our case its been 9 months now even petitioner is living in US and beneficiary living Overseas, you cant trust on USCIS and their time frames.

SO, if your case at local office then it might be the same story as mine but i am not sure its just my GUESS wait for 5 months to be completed then start calling USCIS to get updates on your petition.
