Hello everyone, so I was just curious if I can have my fiance fill out DS-160 and pay at BPI now that I have my MNL case #, or do I wait until my case has reached the US Embassy in Manila and my status is changed to "Ready" on the CEAC website?

I'm sorry, I'm so excited! I'm normally a very patient person but with my bad health lately, it would be a huge help to have my fiance here. Atleast I'll have someone with me in the ER all the time (: Our baby is also due in November and although I know I can handle labor pain and doing it alone, this pregnancy has been horrible for my asthma. Medications haven't really been working so its a bit of a problem. And just to be sure, I'd like my fiance here before I give birth. Just in case something happens to me, my baby will be taken care of. (:

Yes, you can set interview appointment and do the medical. First pay the visa fee at BPI then you can fill out DS 160 after 12 to 24 hrs, print the confirmation page and you can achedule and do your medical with that among other rqmts. The guides are readily available at US embassy manila website. He can still make it if he had all rqmts on hand and no glitches on the medical. Tell him to start Monday and do the Medical nxt week. I am not sure though when is the latest date of interview you can get. May be he can request earlier appointment given your situation. You need to provide medical reports to show how critical your pregnancy is. I hope and pray everything will go on smoothly and you and your baby will be safe. Keep your hopes up, just act now and tell your fiancé to start the process on Monday.
