Name not listed in CEAC IV Invoice

I and my sister are over 21 years of age but we are eligible under CSPA(should be). On the CEAC website, the invoice for AOS and IV Application Processing Fees shows only the names of my father(Principal Applicant), mother and youngest sister and not ours. Why is this so and what do I do? Should I be worried?

F4 do not qualify for CSPA. I have sponsored all my sisters and brother and none of their children could come with them who have turned 21 (even all of them were single). in our case the approval was received very quickly therefore there were no days to minus.

In your case as approval took three years you can deduct those days from your age which was on the day visa was available.

I have seen some cases where invoices were generated for those children.
