Time between St. Luke's exam and Interview

Hello all,

I plan to go to the Philippines to be with my fiancee when she goes to the medical exam and interview. I was curious about the time need in between. I understand the standard recommendation is 5-7 days in between, but since the results now are normally given in a sealed envelope that is taken to the interview at the embassy, if the time between could be closer together or if it even mattered much now?

Any input on this is greatly appreciated. Especially if someone has recently done theirs close together.

Thanks in advance for any and all input!

Embassy states at least 5-7 days before the medical. The rest is your decision, and yes some do it with just a day or two to spare, it is a gamble and can lead to a two week delay after the interview sometimes.

Just my 2 cents and that there is a reason for recommending that you do the medical 5-7 business days from interview. You chose to do it your way and it's just like Hank says, your rolling the dice.
