I have a question regarding our I864. So my husband's current annual income this year meets the poverty guidelines. But our 2014 tax didnt meet the poverty guideline. Would that affect our I864? Will we get a checklist from nvc? Will they require us a sponsor even though my husbands current annual income exceeds the poverty guideline for household size 4? And what does really matter the previous taxes or latest tax like 2014 or your current inocme. Hope you could help me figure this out. Thank you!

Current income is what matters most. Send in copies of pay checks stubs or employment letter showing proof of current income with your tax transcript and I-184 form
