We sent in our AOS on the 19th and my dads cancer has taken a turn for the worst and I need to go home as soon as possible. Is there anyway I can get them to figure out a case number for me on Monday? I'm getting desperate. So worried I won't make it home in time!

They will stamp back of your check with case number. If you send money order, sorry you will have to wait for texts from uscis. If you don't send g1125, then you will have to wait for hard copies of receipts.

You should receive an email in a day or two.

What is the case number needed for?

You can leave the country anytime you want, however, you will need your AP to reenter, which you will get about 90 from when you applied if you requested it.

Yes, I did send the g1125. Hopefully I get it soon.

I'm going to use it to get Emergency AP.
