I was being facetious.

I believe most people I've interacted with here are serious about their relationships, not to mention that some must live under a rock, as do I. I had never heard of Ashley Madison until this whole thing blew right open in the press.

I really hope that's not what it's all about...

I was being facetious.

I believe most people I've interacted with here are serious about their relationships, not to mention that some must live under a rock, as do I. I had never heard of Ashley Madison until this whole thing blew right open in the press.

I know. Just thinking the irony of going overseas to find a wife then cheating with an American woman(assuming that was the case).

Not all of us went overseas to find a wife. I went over for work for a few years and met my wife in a random encounter.

Of course I read today that statistically there were barely any women on that site. Many were fake accounts.

Looks like they found a loophole in the prostitution laws. I find it funny that these guys(many/most) were thinking they were having affairs when in reality most were just getting a hooker.

Same here. I was stationed overseas. I don't mean it in a derogatory manner.
