Labelled as the ultimate space-saving apartment, the YO! Home is designed to squeeze a bed, kitchen, lounge, dining area and bathroom into a one bedroom studio flat - but of course, with a futuristic twist.

Yo sushi is over priced for the food offered, however I must give kudos to Woodroffe. A great concept!

The founder of Yo! Sushi is an affluent Brit. I don't think he cares about how illegals can find enough space to live in the US.

This article has nothing to do with the U.S. per se.

You should get such an apartment however, if you capsule ever afford it. The bathroom look much more spacious than the one you posted with the gun pic;) best of luck.

It is to do with modern architecture, interior decorating etc as well as urban planning. Pretty much a world wide concern for those with intellect and/or not living in Hicksville .

Try thinking out the box.

I , for one, am interested in rural architecture , for instance.

I would have loved to live in New York or London in something like this in my 20s.

I've used the Yotel this guy set up in London's Gatwick airport occasionally when waiting for a flight - and I think there's a version in Times Square which is relatively affordable hotel option for weekends there.

But agreed Yosushi is overpriced and not great quality mostly.

We stayed in one in NYC around 42nd and 10th, it was cool but I'm not sure I would really want to live in it.

I used to stay in the Narita guest house at Narita airport, the rooms had a modular bathroom that looked like they came out of a 737.

Narita guest house? Haven't been there for quite a while. Great access to the airport .

Have you been to Haneda? The monorail to get there is fantastic -much more interesting than the Narita Express from Tokyo.
