Chat logs: what to submit

Hello guys, my wife and I have about 1,000 pages of whatsap messages alone from a span of 2 years. We have other chats elsewhere totaling over a 1,000 as well over 5rys. How do we determine what to present at the embassy interview and which content. Also would it be ok to copy and paste on word and print it out or they may suspect of it being redacted/edited? i believe couple pages from each month should be enough.

maybe conversations about things youve done together, future plans, planning meetings, expressing fondness etc..

i was not asked to present chat evidence so im not talking from experience.

Just send them the chat logs and send some 20 pages of chats from different span of time.

We had around 4000 pages of emails. Just sent 10 pages of them that's all.

I had alot more from the four years we've been communicating. I did the same for what's app, skype and Facebook. I copied it all to a word document and took all the questionable stuff (curse words, intimate discussions, anything that made us look too crazy). Then I went through and just took out sections that showed the relationship progression, where we were making plans or being lovey over the entire span of time and put it into 1 document. decreased the font to make more fit and did 10 pages of what's app, 10 pages of skype and 10 of facebook.

We sent some emails from different times, but from the chat logs we actually decided to send only the first 50 pages because they showed the progression of the relationship from friends to sharing personal things and developing a relationship.

Hold up a minute....you are dealing with the most difficult embassy that refuses to issue all too often and you can not compare it to what

other people at different embassies submit.

I would send from day one through current a good quality selection that shows the beginning of your relationship and how it developed over time

with various means (skype, yahoo, phone logs, phone app etc.)

A 5 inch stack at the very least, separated in several categories.

Equally important do you have any co mingled evidence ? Wills, life insurance listing each other as beneficiary, shared bank account or land/property

ownership (in Ghana) ? Letter affidavits from family attesting support to your genuine marriage, anything a married couple would share.
Beneficiary on petitioner's car insurance, health plan if possible.

Lots of photos showing different trips, wedding, interaction with families.

Forget the suggestion of only a few pages of ongoing communication, this is a no deal for Ghana and very embassy specific.

This is a everything -but- the- kitchen -sink -kind -of -thing.

We've got all that covered. We have been following the shenanigans at the embassy very carefully. We're throwing everything including the kitchen sink! ???

Thank you for clarifying Ebunoluwa! I started to get worried for the OP, when I saw what people were suggesting. This is Ghana, I sent close to 300 pages of all sorts of different communications. Plus lots of other pictures, and anything else we had. I sent it with the petition and we brought more to the interview, which they really didn't even look at. We had the infamous KM interviewer and were approved the K1. OP, if you can be there for the interview I think that helps a lot, at least in our case I am convinced that's what helped our case, despite red flags we had. She never wanted to interview me, I just sat in the chairs about 20 feet away but the interviewer knew I was there.

THIS IS WHAT I GOT FROM THE EMBASSY WHILES I WAS DOING INQUIRES OF MY ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE KEPT BY THE CONSULAR OFFICER AFTER THE DENIED OF MY VISA .. WHAT DO WE DO? REVOKE BEFORE WE START THE CR1 OR NOT REVOKE BEFORE WE START THE CR1 PROCESS?

At the time of the interview, her/his application was returned to the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) because the beneficiary failed to present the Consular Officer with convincing evidence to demonstrate there is a bona fide relationship. As part of the immigration visa process, consular officers are required to verify the claimed family relationships that establish the eligibility of the beneficiary for an immigrant visa.

I-129 petitions are usually expired by the time they are received by the Department of Homeland Security, which means their office will not be able to take any action on the case.
