Unsure about NOA1 date...

I just noticed it today but when I login to my uscis account, at the top of the page says this:

Case Was Received

On March 18, 2015, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number SRCxxxxx, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by April 17, 2015, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

When I go to case history is says this:

• 03/10/2015

• We received your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E).

We never received the hard copy even though we called several times about it and also made a request online.

So when is our NOA1? march 10 or march 18?

You NOA1 will be the hard copy Form I-797C (Notice Of Action), you will need a copy of it in the future to prove that your petition was approved.

Thats the problem, we have no hard copy, only received an email.

The address is correct, my fiancé talked to them on the phone several times about the issue, he even went to the uscis office in durham where he was told they can't do anything about our petition, only the texas office can.
