Hello,

I am in the process of putting my 1-129F package together. I am wondering where to send this package- the Direct Filing address which is in Dallas (USCIS

P.O. Box 660151,Dallas, TX 75266)? Or should I send it to a local field office location? I live in Buffalo NY so there is a field office here. I thought I should send it to Dallas, but I saw a post with a link to the field offices located all around the US, so I'm just unsure where to send and what address to put for the letter of Intent, which would be the same address correct? Thank you so much for your help.

The USCIS Dallas Lockbox

For U.S. Postal Service:

USCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: I-129F
2501 South State Highway 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

THis is where the petition is first mailed. Then will be routed by USCIS to the proper servicing center.

Yes exactly what LionessDeon said. The Dallas office will send your petition to California. I just sent ours last week and we got our first NOA today. If you're doing the application yourself make sure your quadruple check it page by page. I used a visa service for ours. Good luck, it seems to be a very good time to file I-129's now

You should follow the I-129F instructions and mail it to the Dallas Lockbox as it instructs you to.

Thank you for you're reply- I am from NY so I was reading that it was supposed to go through Vermont Service Center, but they don't process I-129f applications so it's sent to the Texas Service Center (not California?). Does anyone know facts about this? I feel like I keep reading different things. Thanks so much for your help

Rest assured your case will go to California. I promise. Seriously. Not kidding you.

As of late March all newly filed cases will be directed to California. So congrats! You will escape the hell of Texas. :)
