Previously Deported Child Rapist Caught Sneaking into Texas

U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested 22-year-old Joel Silva Duran, an illegal alien from Mexico, last week near the border city of Roma, court records obtained by Breitbart Texas revealed.

After the arrest, the agents learned that Silva Duran had been deported four months earlier, on April 3, 2015, through Brownsville, Texas. The deportation came just one day after he had been sentenced to 10 years of probation at a state court in Rio Grande City on the charge of sexual assault of a child

Silva was formally charged with one count of illegal reentry by U.S. Magistrate Peter Ormsby in McAllen. It remains unclear if his arrest will have an effect on his probation sentence and if state prosecutors will seek to have the probation sentence revoked in exchange for jail time.

Probation for the sexual assault of a child ... .

The liberal elite ... know that the people simply cannot be trusted; that they are incapable of just and fair self-government; that left to their own devices, their society will be racist, sexist, homophobic, and inequitable -- and the liberal elite know how to fix things. They are going to help us live the good and just life, even if they have to lie to us and force us to do it. And they detest those who stand in their way."

This is so common it is hardly newsworthy.

Trump will take care of it.

Obama won't?

Trump will take care of it.

Calm down and have a tequila rather than just trumpeting hate.

Hispanic privileges?????

What if he was 19 years old and his girlfriend was 17?

Do you know the circumstances?

Exactly. Not sure why he's making a racial issue out of it. Even if it is worst case surely he should be more angry about the decision by the Texas Court.

Texas isn't exactly known for its lenient prison sentences...

Texas ain't exactly easy for Hispanics. Texas wouldn't even give birth certificates to USC children because they have illegal immigrant parents from Mexico.

OP went racial for no reason.

I wouldn't go that far. Texas' metropolitan areas offer more economic opportunity to the average middle class American than most others American metropolitan area,

But outside the metros, Texas is a vast wasteland. Emphasis on vast.

I only went to El Paso and that place was an armpit. I hear Austin is nice.

GWB was the governor there. It's hard to overlook that as a comment on the electorate.
