Hi all!

I'm currently filling out my police check form and they have asked for my current name. I'm married but I haven't yet changed all my documents over so all my supportive documents are in my maiden name, will this cause a problem? should i put my married name and put my maiden name is 'Former Name', would they still be able to accept my documents, even though the name on the documents are not the same as my current married name? I hope thats not too confusing! Thanks for your help in advance!

They're pretty stingy with the proof for your police cert in the UK. When I had to get mine, they told me that the name on all the backup papers must match that of the photo identification and the name on the form. Everything have to match.
