Hi all,

• Copy of the joint tax return for tax years 2013, 2014

• XXXX Bank monthly statements from Spouse from July 2013-2014-April 2015

• XXXX Bank monthly statements from Arin July 2013-2014- April 2015

Should I categorize it as above or quarterly?

You can categorize it as however you want but the way you have it displayed now is good.

Instead of tax returns, include tax transcripts for 2013 and 2014. You can either request to have transcripts mailed to you at the IRS website or go to your local IRS office and request them in person.

I'm unclear whether the monthly bank statements (in blue) are joint or not? If those accounts or not joint, there's no point including them in your ROC application. Just include accounts where you and spouse are joint.

Your list looks great! Good luck!

Well we have the joint accounts since April 2015. Till then we had separate because we didn't think it was a big deal but it the not joined it shows the bills we pay and when we put money the savings.

I have transcripts that was an error thank you for pointing that out!

I did not exclude that much evidence by far, and I just got approved within 3 months, without any RFE or interview.

I only included the following:

- Bank statements for joint checking and savings accounts for the last 3 months

- proof of car insurance for both of our cars, each with both our names

- Current lease agreement in both our names

- Confirmation of 401K beneficiary

- Confirmation of Life insurance beneficiary

- travel itineraries with both our names on the tickets for our last 2 trips to Germany, including photos

- travel itineraries for other trips within the U.S., plus photos

- Cell phone contract for both of our phones under my wife's name

That's pretty much it, no tax returns, no wills, no affidavits.

No tax returns ? Wow usually people get RFE for that ! Hm maybe I need to review what they want again.

Or you got really lucky !

But you see we didn't get to do any trips that is strong evidence too that you had.

A tip on the tax transcripts for other users that are wondering if you need them or not. They're easy to get, you should get them. I ended up getting them out of the blue after almost a month of waiting for them after I filled out the online form on the IRS' site to request them. No confirmation or anything that they recieved the request, I just got them out of the blue. Even got my congressperson's office involved after the long wait but didn't need to in the end!
