I got my Manila case number last July 24th and until now the status is still At NVC? . It's already been a month is this normal?

It can take up to 8 weeks for cases to pass through NVC. Usually K1 cases don't take as long, however there's a lot of people on here who have been in your situation.

Good luck. Hope it moves soon.
