HI All

I received a letter last week stating intent to deny my application due to an expired medical. I have now had my new medical completed and am ready to send it back however the letter i received does not specify where to send the return documents. I called USCIS and the woman said it was at my discretion who i send it to?! Do i send them to the address on the top right hand corner of the letter? And should i address it to the Officer who sent the letter or just send it to the office? I'm hoping to get it sent today so a quick response would be appreciated...thanks :)

That's ridiculous, must have been an error somehow. I don't know the answer but if it helps I just got an RFE and the address on the letterhead where it came from is the same address they want me to respond with.

If I were in your shoes I would schedule an infopass apt asap to be safe and tell them you didn't even get a RFE!

It is a PO box from a field office. I would guess that you send it to the address on the top right, with the NOID letter on the top of the package. However i am just guessing, I hope someone else here knows 100%! Perhaps if not consult with a free lawyer

that's what i had read on other people's posts that they had a PO Box but mine is not that's why i was concerned about sending it there, thanks so much anyway and good luck with your RFE

Send your RFE response to the field office where you received the letter. It does not matter if it is a PO box or a street address.

Include a copy of your RFE letter with your response.

We also got an RFE from the San Francisco field office, and their address is not a PO box but an actual street address.
