1. Marrying quickly after meeting is viewed as a fraud indicator.

2. That is not bad because often family can't afford to travel for a wedding in Ghana. Submit his (USC) family's affidavits stating why they

weren't able to attend the wedding when you receive the NOID/NOIR request ( I repeat this will NOT be a waiver).

3. Age gap discrimination does happen and here is a classic example for those who keep saying age difference doesn't matter and that they can't

discriminate...well they just did ! Overcome this with a letter from you both about what you intend to do about future children, what you

have in common etc. More relationship and communication evidence is also needed, PLUS FACE TIME. He needs to fly over to visit and spend time

with you, then submit evidence from that visit.

You keep talking about a waiver. Clarify a waiver for what ? The points you listed have absolutely nothing to do with filing a waiver.

Get your USC husband on here a.s.a.p to create an account. Why is he not here asking the questions ?

He needs to contact his senator/representative Monday and request a second interview based on age discrimination and then have him fly to the

interview, affidavit family letters in hand IF a second interview is granted. It would be very important for him to have some more face time

with you and be there. The alternative is waiting 6 months for a USCIS NOID/NOIR request. Please stop mentioning a waiver unless you

understand what waiver was mentioned for what reason. There is nothing to be waived from what you wrote. Zilch, zero, nada, nix.

What timeframe is viewed as marrying too quickly? I met my husband in November 2012 and we were married in September 2013. Will they view this unfavorably? Also, neither his family nor mine attended our wedding... Will this hurt us? Travel costs are expensive and they simply couldn't afford to come. My sister was supposed to be my maid of honor. But when she went to apply for her passport, we found out her name was misspelled on her birth certificate and it delayed it being issued and she missed our wedding, but she already had her flight booked. However, we set up Skype and they viewed the ceremony that way.

A year is ok. Lots of real life face time is ideal. Submit avidavits from family stating they are in support of your relationship and regret they couldn't attend due to blah blah ....but they watched it on skype and can't wait to welcome him into your family.

Sorry typo, I meant affidavit.

It's hard to say with this Emabssy, I met my husband online at the end of 2011 and didnt go to Ghana until December 2012, we married on my first trip but we discussed that before I came, and we explained to the co we didn't wanna be in Ghana doing things and we weren't married, so everyone has their reason as to why if you married on the first visit, they asked for proof of what we explained and I printed it out and showed them, they generally want you to make trips and stay for extended times, but everyone doesn't have those options I am lucky I have been able to travel three times and stay for at least a month but again everyone can't do that and they should be able to understand that, but that's were you have to make sure you do a good interview so all that can be overcame
